Life is a sacred journey — a path of change, growth, discovery, and transformation. The problem is we get so caught up in day-to-day living and dealing with stressors that we miss out on the aspects of life that make it worth living.
The creative process offers us opportunities to pause & connect and listen to a deeper part of ourselves, the part that holds wisdom about our unique story that is unfolding. This allows us to make more courageous choices and mindful steps forward. For me, creativity is more than art — it’s a way of coming home, and an invitation I now extend to you.
