Each month we explore a theme inspired by the natural rhythms of renewal and transformation. Through guided meditation, reflective prompts, and intuitive art practices, you'll be invited to slow down… listen inward… and create from a place of curiosity rather than perfection.

About Maureen | The Soulful Creative
Maureen has been an intuitive painter and creative guide for over 25 years, devoted to helping others reconnect with their inner voice through the creative process.
Through women’s circles, workshops, and one-on-one guidance, she gently supports others in exploring intuitive art, meditative practices, and letting go of perfectionism—so creativity can become a place of freedom, healing, and self-discovery.
After many years of working in person, I now feels deeply called to bring this work online—creating a more intimate and accessible space for those who are ready to tend to their creative soul.
Each session is intentionally kept small (limited to 8 participants) to ensure a supportive, connected experience.
I’m offering this work now because I believe we need these practices more than ever—tools to help us navigate challenging times, reconnect with ourselves, and create from a place of truth and presence.
